My Friends,
It is time. I think many of you knew before I realized it. In these 10+ years, I accomplished everything I wanted to here in the shop. It is a beautiful, peaceful place filled with loveliness and the support and camaraderie of the absolute best customers, the best humans. I have earned the trust of so many clients here. I have made lifelong friends because of this space. I have listened and grown and learned so much from our conversations, and I will cherish those moments forever. I hope you will too, along with the many treasures you’ve found here.
Interior design is in my blood. For a the past few years I knew the shop and my design business were conflicting, and I tried so many ways to give them both the attention they deserve. I have spent 10 years branding and building this business up. Customers tell me constantly what a treasure Saffron and Genevieve is and how they hope it’s always there for the neighborhood, for this town. I know that it’s a shame to close the doors, but it is time, I need my design business to be my only focus.
So what happens now?

You’re not losing me. I will keep you updated via email and facebook with my ramblings as long as you let me, and I WILL reopen Saffron and Genevieve as an online store. As far as my current furniture lines I will continue to represent them and sell directly to clients.
I am so very excited for this next chapter with my interior design business, to be able to devote all of my time and energy to every client. I know, because you’ve always been so awesome, that you are happy for me. Thank you for EVERYTHING.
